| This is the first time using this shop. When I stopped in to make an appointment I noticed the shop was clean, all the workers were in uniforms and they were also neat. Everything looked to be organized. The work they did was fantastic. They know how to repair things and not just throw parts at the vehicle. They kept me informed all along the way and fully explained the bill upon picking my vehicle up. The price the quoted me was the price of my bill. Good honest people. I?m bringing my other car in and my son in law plans on taking his cars there. |

| Knoll Automotive is wonderful and is the best car repair shop in all of South Hills!!!! They are so very customer caring and let you know anything they need to do to fix your car. They will show you any bad parts that have been replaced and advise why it needed replaced. And all the employees are so helpful and very polite!!! |
